By Joanne Faulkner (March 8, 2022, 17:47 GMT) — A judge ruled Tuesday that Amigo Loans will be allowed to present two revised restructuring plans to creditors for a vote, days after Britain’s financial regulator said it would had no plans to block the company’s attempt to return to lending.
Judge Richard Snowden told the High Court he hoped to sign an order by the end of the week that would allow the struggling payday loan company to move on to the next stage of its restructuring plan.
