The outpatient service includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
An optional upgrade that provides access to 20 structured counseling sessions has also been added, in which existing conditions are covered without a GP referral being required, as well as up to 28 days/nights of treatment for mental health in day hospitalization.
The mental wellness benefits of the Flexible Health Premier, Elite and Multi-Family plans have been further enhanced to include access to a variety of helplines, many with trained counselors available to assist customers in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Support also includes health and wellness information as well as debt management and legal advice.
For optional group mental health extras, this includes £1,000 outpatient mental health treatment for consultations with a psychiatrist/psychotherapist/psychologist.
